Indian Traditional Tantra: 1 Day Immersion

This one-day immersion offers an introduction to Traditional Tantra through direct experience of practices that work with the energy of body, mind, and soul. You will explore the deeper dimensions of Tantra through Mantra, Yagna, and traditional Kriyas, gaining an understanding of Tantra as a path of Kundalini and Consciousness.

Rather than approaching Tantra only as a concept, the day invites you to experience its practices yourself, discovering how these ancient tools can support energy, awareness, and connection.

The seminar offers a glimpse into the deeper path of Tantra and how its practices can become a realistic and powerful part of one's spiritual journey.

What You Will Experience

Throughout the day, you will be introduced to and experience traditional practices such as:

• Mantra, working with sound and vibration
• Traditional Tantrik Kriyas, practices that enhance and connect with energy
• Tantra Yoga, a traditional practice that incorporates Bija Mantras
• Yagna, a traditional fire ceremony
• Tantrik philosophy and the path of Tantra
• Energy practices connected with body, mind, and consciousness

The immersion is designed to give you both a foundation in the principles of Traditional Tantra and direct experience of its practices.

Participants who wish to continue their practice can also receive ongoing Mantra Sadhana practice.
