About Kratiki Ekthesi (Cyprus State Fair)
Kratiki Ekthesi is the State Fair ground in Makedonitissa, Engomi, on the west edge of Nicosia. The Cyprus State Fairs Authority has run it since the early 1970s: 30,000 square metres of indoor halls and 100,000 of open ground, built for the Cyprus International Fair. Today it takes whatever needs that much room. Trade and consumer shows, the education fair, the motor show, and one-offs like Cyprus Comic Con, pro wrestling nights and the dog festival. There is no fixed programme, so the list below is the only reliable guide to what is on.
