Alkistis Protopsalti is one of the most celebrated voices in Greek music, born in Alexandroupoli and forging a career spanning over four decades. With a repertoire that crosses laiko, pop, and art song, she is known for her intense interpretive style and remarkable vocal range. She has collaborated with legendary composers including Mikis Theodorakis, Manos Hadjidakis, and Giorgos Katsaros, and her albums have consistently topped Greek charts. Protopsalti has received numerous Arion Awards throughout her career.
