This concert series in Cyprus presents Rita Antonopoulou in a heartfelt tribute to Thanos Mikroutsikos, one of Greece’s most influential composers. Joined by the band Revans, the singer brings to life songs that have resonated across generations and remain deeply rooted in Greek musical culture.
Having worked closely with Mikroutsikos from 2006 until the end of his life, Antonopoulou approaches this tribute as a personal and artistic journey. Performed in Limassol and Nicosia, the concert invites audiences into a moving musical world shaped by love, memory, and the distinctive sound created through this long-standing collaboration.
Rita Antonopoulou is a Greek theatre actress whose performances at the Nicosia Municipal Theatre and the Pattihio Theatre in Limassol have brought her stage craft to Cyprus's most important theatrical venues. Her work at both institutions connects the island's theatre audiences with the broader tradition of quality Greek theatrical performance.
Revans is a Cypriot theatre practitioner and performer who has appeared at Pattihio Theatre and Nicosia Municipal Theatre. Their stage work contributes to the rich theatrical culture of Cyprus, where a dedicated community of performers sustains quality theatre production across the island.
