Heracles Without Arms

Vasilis, the hero of our story, is obsessed with Heracles and Greek mythology. He wants to become brave, strong, and fearless to face those who bully him at school. Through a journey into Greek mythology he meets the Muses and other heroes and learns that you don’t have to be a superhero to succeed. The child, through lots of fun, hilarious scenes, humour, and adventure, will feel much better about himself and will see practical ways to confront or “beat” those who intimidate him. If a child is on the opposite side, they will be prompted to reflect and realise that bullying is not a game! The text was written after discussions with a psychologist.
