MBS Wellbeing Day: 25 Years Celebration at Eleftheria Square

On 5 April 2026, Mind, Body & Spirit Cyprus invites you to a special Wellbeing Day in Nicosia, marking 25 years of conscious living, community and holistic healing in Cyprus.

For 25 years, MBS has been a meeting point for people seeking deeper connection with themselves, with each other, and with the world around them. This anniversary gathering is both a celebration and a homecoming, a day to honour the journey so far and step together into the future of wellbeing.

Set in Eleftheria Square, in the heart of the capital, this open-air event brings together the richness of the holistic community into one living, breathing experience, welcoming individuals, families and communities from across Cyprus.

Eleftheria Square will become a living field of wellbeing, where you can move, learn, explore, relax and connect throughout the day.

Active Wellbeing Classes and Practices

• A continuous programme of accessible sessions including yoga, qigong, laughter yoga, joyful movement and sound healing.
• These short sessions are designed for all levels and offer moments of grounding, release and renewal.

MBS Marketplace

• A curated selection of holistic and ethical offerings including:
  • Natural cosmetics, herbs and essential oils
  • Crystals, spiritual tools and handcrafted items
  • Eco products, alternative clothing and wellbeing gift
  • Biohealth and biohacking tools, and natural approaches to vitality
  • Coaches, therapists and holistic practitioners

Music, Movement and Live Expression

• Throughout the day, the square will be filled with live music, live performances, conscious dance, and free movement.
• These experiences invite both celebration and inner journey through sound and movement.

Book Authors’ Lounge

• A dedicated, quiet space celebrating conscious writing, wisdom sharing and soulful storytelling.
• Meet authors and teachers in wellbeing, spirituality and personal growth, discover inspiring books, and enjoy meaningful conversations in a space designed for reflection and connection through the written word.

Kids and Family Space

• A welcoming area for children and families, with family-friendly activities.
• Making this a truly inclusive gathering where all generations feel included.

Food Market

• Enjoy a variety of nourishing street food and beverages, including:
  • Nourishing Vegan, vegetarian and non vegetarian meals
  • Street food
  • Ceremonial cacao, elixirs and herbal drinks
• All selected with care for both wellbeing and sustainability.

This year, organizers are bringing the MBS back to Nicosia on April 5 to celebrate 25 years of Mind, Body & Spirit Cyprus and to offer a beautiful free wellbeing day in Nicosia, including family and children activities, live performances and active classes at Eleftheria Square. Entry to the event is completely free.

The Community Support Ticket is optional and created for those who feel called to support the continuation of the MBS movement in Nicosia and help us establish this as an annual gathering.
