About This Event
We Are Live (Είμαστε στον Αέρα), a new theatre comedy written and directed by Antzela Rizaki, takes to the stage at Latsia Theatre in Nicosia, Cyprus, on Saturday 16 May 2026 from 17:45 to 19:15. Part of the Gelios Festival, under the auspices of the Municipality of Latsia-Gerio. Produced by Co.Media. Please arrive 30 minutes before the show begins.
What happens when a live television broadcast spirals completely out of control? Roles become confused, personalities clash, and the line between performance and reality dissolves. With a fast pace, sharp humour, and strong elements of satire and farce, the show holds up a mirror to the obsession with image, ratings, and the masks we wear in a world where chaos is not an accident - it is spectacle. Musical, subversive, unpredictable, and interactive, this production promises to have it all.
Cast: Anastasia Alexandropoulou, Maria Georgiou, Dimitris Kambilis, Alexandra Kontou, Sonia Lefkati, Antigoni Louka, Stylianos Neokleous, Marcia Sofronious, Giorgos Chatziantonis, Natasa Christodoulou. Guest appearance: Antzela Rizaki. Produced by Teatro Angelico Adults Theatre Group.
