Nicosia Walk: Beyond the Walls in Nicosia

Home for Cooperation and the Association for Historical Dialogue & Research (AHDR) present the Nicosia Walk "Beyond the Walls: Connections Across and Beyond the Walled City of Nicosia" in Nicosia, Cyprus. A guided walk exploring the old city through the connections, stories, and communities that have linked it to places beyond its fortifications.

Moving across the divide, the walk reflects on how a historic city was shaped not only from within, but also through routes, memories, and relationships extending across the island. It considers how some of these connections became central to public narratives, while others remained quieter traces within the urban fabric.
