About This Event
A special educational program for children, adults, and, of course, your dogs. This event is dedicated to the relationship between humans and dogs and combines knowledge, history, and a walk through the heart of Old Nicosia.
During the first part of the program, Stefanos Severis, a professional dog trainer, will introduce you to basic commands, training methods, and practical tips for a harmonious and happy coexistence with dogs.
Then, together with your dogs, you will embark on a special tour of Nicosia’s Old City within the fortress walls. During the walk, you’ll learn about the history of the legendary guard dog at the Famagusta Gate and discover stories connecting the city with its most loyal inhabitants.
This is an experience that brings people and animals together through knowledge, respect, and shared exploration.
Come spend an extraordinary day at the museum… with wagging tails!
Dogs must be friendly toward other dogs and people and must be kept on a leash.
Suitable for all ages.
Program development and facilitation: Emily Christofi and Stefanos Severis.
