A transformative summer ocean retreat in Paphos, Cyprus combining camping under the stars with daily meditation, yoga and breathwork practices. This 3-day experience draws inspiration from the ocean's natural rhythm and flow.
The retreat includes daily meditation, yoga and breathwork sessions, reflective journaling, experiential workshops on "Becoming the Ocean", nature connection activities, authentic movement, circle gatherings and a boat trip. Participants will sleep beneath the stars and wake to morning birdsong and sunrise.

Included in price: tent space, facility access, breakfast for 2 days, all retreat practices. Not included: transportation, lunch and dinner, boat trip. You need to bring your own tent and camping equipment. Alternative accommodation at nearby hotels or apartments is possible while joining all practices.
