Breastfeeding, mixed feeding or formula feeding? A guide for informed parents

On 31 May at 12:00, we invite expectant parents to a meeting with Nastya Izyumova - a consultant on breastfeeding, mixed feeding and formula feeding, a specialist in lactation and the postpartum period, and a mother of seven.

This is a lecture on how infant feeding works and how to choose the right approach for your family - without pressure, anxiety or categorical advice.

At the meeting, we will discuss:

• how to establish breastfeeding without pain and stress

• what is important to know about mixed feeding and supplementation

• how to organise formula feeding calmly and safely

• the role a partner can play in the first months after the baby is born

• where to find evidence-based information about breastfeeding, formula, medication and infant nutrition

• how to reduce anxiety and avoid getting lost in a stream of conflicting advice

This meeting will be useful for pregnant women, expectant fathers and families who want to understand infant feeding in advance and approach the first months of parenthood with greater calm and confidence.
