This Saturday, S//IP hosts its first outdoor gathering of the summer, at Lasertron Kaimakli, welcoming Tapefeed from Italy for a night beneath the stars, where music, community and freedom of expression come together.
Tapefeed is the project born from the creative connection between Alessandro Boni and Rick Vayo, first forged within London’s underground scene. Rooted in raw techno, tribal rhythms, experimental textures and UK bass influences, the project has evolved beyond the traditional idea of a duo. Under the Tapefeed identity, Alessandro channels this shared vision through dynamic DJ sets that push at the edges of dance music with an uncompromising approach. With residencies at London’s Fabric and a history at Superstition (Village Underground), releases on labels such as Houndstooth, Mord and Fides, and appearances at institutions including Tresor, RSO and Basement NYC, Tapefeed remains committed to sound as a space for intensity, experimentation and unpredictability.
Opening the night, LEO will guide us in with hypnotic loops and industrial textures, setting the tone for the journey ahead. Tapefeed takes over next, bringing his distinctive sound from Italy to our first outdoor celebration of the season.
Closing the night, DANAE b2b ARI will deliver a highly anticipated back-to-back set. Combining hard-hitting techno with hypnotic minimal influences, the two young DJs promise a story told through rhythm and tension — a set you'll want to stay present for, from the first track to the last.
