Kids Nutrition & Cooking Workshop at Intercollege, Nicosia

ALPHAMEGA Hypermarkets are hosting a free, hands-on Kids Nutrition & Cooking Workshop in Nicosia, Cyprus, on Wednesday 22 July 2026, designed for children aged 8 to 14 years. Organised in collaboration with the Cyprus Dietetic and Nutrition Association and supported by the Culinary Arts Programmes at Intercollege, the event promises a full day of learning, creativity and fun. The workshop takes place at Intercollege (University of Nicosia Main Campus) across two groups.

Guided by Chef and ALPHAMEGA Brand Ambassador Christina Christofi, young participants will put on their aprons, become aspiring chefs and prepare healthy, creative recipes — discovering that nutritious food can be delicious and fun to make. Before stepping into the kitchen, members of the Cyprus Dietetic and Nutrition Association will lead interactive games and activities covering the basics of balanced nutrition. At the end of the workshop, every young chef receives a commemorative Certificate of Participation and gifts from ALPHAMEGA Hypermarkets.

⚠️ Places are limited to 22 children per group. If applications exceed available places, participants will be selected by electronic draw.
