The Symphonians Chamber Orchestra: The World of Hayao Miyazaki’s Music

Miyazaki’s legendary animated films are a whole universe filled with wonder, emotion, and unforgettable music. The amazing soundtracks by Joe Hisaishi and other composers from Spirited Away, My Neighbor Totoro, Howl’s Moving Castle, and more will be performed live by the chamber orchestra The Symphonians.

The music from Miyazaki’s world transports listeners to a wide variety of settings—from the sky above the sea in Porco Rosso to Yubaba’s mysterious bathhouse and the cozy scenes of Kiki’s Delivery Service. Tender and lyrical, grand and dramatic, it moves both adults and children alike.
