Walk in Support of PASYKAF

On October 4, Paralimni will host the anniversary charity walk “Walking for Life,” organized by PASYKAF—the Association of Cancer Patients and Their Friends in Cyprus.

This isn’t just a sporting event—it’s an opportunity to spend a day outdoors, meet with loved ones and friends, and at the same time support people who are battling cancer.

Participants will walk or run 4 kilometers along a scenic route in the Fig Tree Bay and Vizakia Beach area. Everyone can choose a comfortable pace—it’s not about the result, but about participation and the desire to do a good deed.

In 2026, Walking for Life will celebrate its 10th anniversary.
When: Sunday, October 4, 2026
Registration: starting at 3:30 p.m.
Opening ceremony: 4:15 p.m.
Start and finish location: Fig Tree Bay Event Square
Route: toward Vizakia Beach
Distance: 4 km

Participation fee:
Adults — €12
Children under 12 — €5

The fee includes a commemorative T-shirt, a medal, and a participant certificate.

After the walk, participants can enjoy a festive atmosphere with music from a DJ, and food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site.

All funds raised through this event will go toward supporting PASYKAF’s programs and services for cancer patients and their families.
