About This Event
On Saturday, 24 October 2026, the second annual street food and youth creativity festival — the Deftera Youth Street Food Festival — will take place in the suburbs of Nicosia. The event is organised by the Deftera village youth movement, with the official support of the local community councils of Kato and Pano Deftera.
What’s on at the festival:
The square will be filled with numerous food trucks offering unique street food, exclusive flavours and local produce.
An exhibition and sale of handmade items by young artisans, where you can buy original jewellery, decorative items and paintings.
Live music, live sets and a burst of youthful energy.
