About This Event
The Spanish duo Elelei will present a street dance and physical theatre performance entitled ‘Too Much’.
A dynamic and ironic contemporary dance and physical theatre piece, created specifically for urban spaces and the streets.
The performance ‘Too Much’ explores the themes of everyday chaos, information overload and how modern people try to cope with the constant pressure of the world around them. Through expressive choreography, humour and animated facial expressions, the performers show what happens when everything around us becomes ‘too much’.
Like the Elelei duo’s other productions, this show is very lively, accessible to audiences of all ages without the need for words, and built on close, almost tangible interaction with passers-by.
