Race of Love: A Bike Ride for Children

On November 6 and 7, Cyprus will host the annual “Agon of Love” charity event—a large-scale two-day bike ride that combines sports with helping children.

This year, the Lexus Cycling Dream Team will cover 165 kilometers of off-road terrain, traveling from Nicosia to Limassol.

The main goal of the event is to support the “Stella Soulioti” Children’s Therapeutic Center of the Cyprus Red Cross.

The center has been operating since 1957 and provides specialized therapeutic care to children and young people with severe physical, neurological, developmental, and other disabilities. Its mission is to help children improve their quality of life, independence, communication skills, and ability to fully participate in society.

165 kilometers for a worthy cause:
The Lexus Cycling Dream Team is a group of representatives from the Cypriot business community that has been turning its love of cycling into a charitable initiative for several years now.

In previous years, through the “Races of Love,” the team has raised over €80,000 for social and charitable projects.

This year, the funds raised will go toward improving the services and infrastructure of the “Stella Soulioti” Center so that even more children and families can receive the help they need.
