About This Event
The performance will take place on 9 October 2026 at 8.30 pm at the historic Axiothea Mansion as part of the 29th University of Cyprus Cultural Festival.
The production brings together four Cypriot artists from different disciplines, who create a shared space at the intersection of musical and visual theatre. Live compositions, polyphonic singing and contemporary puppetry intertwine to form a single theatrical performance.
Plot: The focus is on the figure of a writer, embodied as a doll, who is trying to finish her book. As she works, her memories, images and fragments of imagination seep into reality, blurring the boundary between creator and creation.
Inspiration: The narrative is inspired by Virginia Woolf’s fluid, non-linear style, which reveals inner landscapes and the fluidity of identity.
