Imperial Gala Concert. The Vienna Orchestra

For the first time in Cyprus, the spectacular Imperial Gala Concert will take place—a unique evening that will transport the audience to the glorious era of Imperial Vienna, where Europe’s greatest musical traditions were born.
Soloists from the renowned Vienna Mozart Orchestra will perform on stage, accompanied by professional vocalists and ballet dancers. Guests can look forward to a magnificent program filled with the timeless works of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Johann Strauss, Antonio Vivaldi, and other great composers whose music has been delighting audiences around the world for centuries.

The concert will evoke the atmosphere of a true Viennese ball, where majestic waltzes, virtuoso orchestral music, graceful ballet, and magnificent vocal performances come together as a single work of art.

The program’s history lends it special significance. The Imperial Gala Concert is the only concert series that takes place regularly at the luxurious Palais Auersperg—one of Vienna’s most beautiful Baroque palaces. It was here that the music of Mozart, Johann Strauss, and other great composers once resounded, whose works have become a symbol of Austrian musical culture.

Founded in 1986, the Vienna Mozart Orchestra is considered one of Austria’s most renowned musical ensembles. The orchestra performs annually at Vienna’s most prestigious concert venues, including the legendary Golden Hall of the Musikverein and the Vienna State Opera. The musicians are joined on stage by artists from the Vienna Philharmonic, the Vienna Symphony Orchestra, and soloists from the world’s leading opera houses.

Over the years, the ensemble has given hundreds of concerts around the world—from Europe to South America, Japan, and China. In Vienna alone, the orchestra attracts tens of thousands of spectators every year, and its performances are considered an essential part of the Austrian capital’s cultural life.

The Imperial Gala Concert is not just a concert, but a true journey through time. Magnificent music, dazzling costumes, vibrant choreography, and an atmosphere of imperial luxury will allow every guest to feel like a participant in a 19th-century Viennese ball.

If you appreciate classical music, refined art, and unforgettable cultural events, the Imperial Gala Concert will be one of the most memorable musical evenings of the season. Treat yourself to a journey into a world of beauty, elegance, and timeless masterpieces that continue to inspire generations of listeners around the world.
