Walking for Despina: A Charity Walk

On October 18, Larnaca will host the charity event “Walk for Denise — Walk for Thalassemia,” dedicated to the memory of Despina Mikhail—a beloved teacher at PASCAL School and former chair of the Larnaca branch of the Thalassemia Association.

The event will bring together people who want to honor her memory and support those living with thalassemia.

Participating in the walk is an opportunity to show solidarity, raise awareness about thalassemia, and contribute to supporting people with this condition. Upon registration, participants will receive a commemorative cap.

Registration fee: €10. All net proceeds raised during the event will be donated to the Pan-Cyprian Thalassemia Association.
