Curious Pasta Makers Workshop

Flour on the table, dough between your fingers and plenty of room for imagination. Curio invites children and their grown-ups to discover the joy of making fresh pasta together.

Led by Andreas Simopoullos, founder of Spin Pizzeria, this hands-on workshop turns cooking into a playful exploration of ingredients, flavours and textures. Participants will learn how to prepare fresh pasta dough, discover techniques for shaping it by hand and experiment with their own culinary ideas.

This is not a cooking demonstration where children simply watch. Grown-ups are active participants throughout the experience, making it an opportunity to learn, create and spend meaningful time together.

At the end of the workshop, families will take home their own pasta recipe — and perhaps the inspiration for a new kitchen tradition.

The workshop takes place on Sunday, 15 November, at the Home for Cooperation in Nicosia, starting at 10:00. It lasts approximately 2.5 hours.

Participation costs €50 per child-and-adult pair, including the workshop, ingredients and recipe creation. Advance registration is required, and places are confirmed once payment is received.
