Alexandros Ktistakis is a Greek musician and live performer who has appeared at DownTown Live in Nicosia — one of Cyprus's most respected and longest-running live music venues, known for hosting major Greek and Cypriot artists across more than a decade of operation. Celebrated for his deeply poetic lyrics, husky voice, and music that weaves together rock, folk, and rebetiko influences, Malamas occupies a unique space in Greek music — critically revered and passionately followed. His albums, including Kαλησπέρα κύριε, have earned him a devoted cult following over more than three decades. He has performed at DownTown Live in Nicosia, one of Cyprus's premier live music venues, connecting with Cypriot fans who prize authentic, songwriter-driven music.
