Join The Hybrid Challenge at Athalassa Park, Nicosia on April 5, 2026 — a free fitness event blending running, Pilates, and circuit training for all levels.
This free fitness event in Nicosia, Cyprus brings together running enthusiasts and gym-goers for a dynamic multi-discipline morning at Athalassa Park on Sunday, April 5, 2026. Organised by the PM Run Club and Altius Fitness Gym, the event is welcoming to all fitness levels, all ages, and all languages.
The Hybrid Challenge unfolds as a smooth sequence of four activities, each approximately 20 to 25 minutes long. Participants start with a 2km warm-up run at a relaxed, conversational pace — a great way to ease in and connect with the group.
This is followed by a Pilates session centred on core activation, mobility, and controlled movement to build stability and improve posture. After a steady 1km continuation run, the session finishes with a circuit training block of functional exercises targeting strength and endurance — all within an energising group environment.
Total duration is 2 hours or more. Please bring your own exercise mat. Surprises await!
