This theatrical production of Jules Verne's classic adventure comes to the Latsion Municipal Theatre in Nicosia, Cyprus, on 6 and 7 June 2026, with three performances across the weekend. Produced by Performers Productions and directed by Maria Begazi, the show is suitable for audiences aged 4 and above.
The eccentric and disciplined Phileas Fogg bets that he can travel around the world in just 80 days, setting off with his loyal servant Passepartout through countries, cultures, and unexpected situations — from the foggy streets of London to the markets of India and the open seas. Behind the adventure lies a deeper journey: the human need to push beyond limits, embrace the unfamiliar, and be transformed by the world beyond our own doorstep.
The production unfolds as a vibrant, colourful celebration of movement, music, rhythm, and visual storytelling — a high-energy stage experience designed to delight both children and adults alike. Choreography by Myria Argyrou.
Please note: the show features strobe lighting, loud sounds, and audio-visual effects that may affect individuals with photosensitivity or sensitivity to loud noise.
