Jazz & Wine Yoga

Join in for a cozy and relaxing evening, filled with gentle movement, deep rest, and warm connection.

You will begin with a calming yoga session, followed by yoga nidra accompanied by soft Jazz and Blues tones.

The evening will continue with wine, snacks, games, and socializing — a beautiful chance to unwind, connect, and enjoy the atmosphere.

-Relaxing clothes

-Clean socks (shoes must remain at the entrance of the studio)

-A small, clean towel

-A bottle of water

-Your yoga mat (if you prefer to use yours)
