Thkio Ppalies Fundraiser: Community Support Event in Nicosia

Thkio Ppalies hosts a community fundraising event in Nicosia, Cyprus on June 11th from 19:00 to 23:00. For eleven years, this cultural space has supported the island's arts communities, but now needs our help to continue operating.

The event features food, drinks, music, bingo, auction, and games in a community atmosphere. The goal is to raise €5,000 to sustain the space's operations. You can participate by donating items for the auction or making financial contributions through their website at thkioppalies.org.

Thkio Ppalies operates through voluntary labour and partial self-funding, having supported alternative cultural activities for eleven years. The space faces financial challenges due to its precarious funding structure, making community support essential for its survival.

This gathering offers an opportunity to celebrate collective achievements, reconnect with companions, and imagine shared futures. The organizers emphasize that "community is our immunity" and invite everyone to join this collective effort of support.
