About This Event

Kourion Municipality presents the Kourion Choral Festival at the Ancient Theatre of Kourion in Limassol, Cyprus, as part of the International Kourion Festival 2026. For three days, from June 19-21, 2026, choirs from Cyprus and Greece will gather for a celebration of choral music and intercultural communication.

The festival is dedicated to choral music, music education, collaboration and intercultural dialogue. It will welcome voices of children, young people and adults across various cultural venues of the Municipality. This year's edition focuses on developing choral art within Kourion Municipality, with special emphasis on children, schools, and the Greek-speaking community.

The event combines performances at the historic Ancient Theatre of Kourion with activities at other municipal cultural spaces, creating a comprehensive celebration of vocal music traditions.
