Join us for an immersive 8-day Zhineng Qigong retreat from 7–14 November 2026 in Larnaca, Cyprus, led by renowned Master Yuantong Liu.

This retreat offers a unique opportunity to deepen your Zhineng Qigong practice, explore super intelligence and develop your awareness through a combination of inspiring teachings, meditation and intensive daily practice.

Participants will be introduced to a range of Zhineng Qigong techniques and practices, including:

• Organizing the Qi Field for Super Intelligence
• Full of Qi Method
• Right Angle Breathing
• Mind Concentration into Oneness
• YYT Meditation
• Strengthening the Lower Dantian and inner organs
• Additional practices tailored to the needs of the group

The retreat includes daily theory and practice sessions with Master Liu, optional morning practice led by certified Zhineng Qigong teachers and Hunyuan Qi Therapists, and selected evening meditation sessions.

There will also be two afternoons to explore beautiful Cyprus, with time to relax, connect and enjoy the surroundings.

No previous Qigong experience is required. The retreat is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners who would like to deepen their understanding and practice of Zhineng Qigong.
