This special guided tour at the A. G. Leventis Gallery in Nicosia, Cyprus, takes visitors on a journey through Cypriot art from the 1930s to the 1970s, exploring how society shaped artistic creation on the island. The tour will be conducted in Greek and places are strictly limited, so advance reservation is required.
Through selected works from the Cyprus Collection, the tour examines representations of Cypriot society in art and the influence of social and cultural concerns of the era on the development of modern Cypriot art.
