Ozzy & Black Sabbath: Back to the Beginning: Concert Film in Nicosia

Ozzy & Black Sabbath: Back to the Beginning is a landmark concert film screening in Nicosia, Cyprus, for a limited time only at the Pantheon Theatre. The film captures Ozzy Osbourne's historic final farewell performance in his Birmingham hometown — filmed just 17 days before his passing — alongside the first Black Sabbath reunion of the original lineup in over 20 years. 🤘 Directed by Ben Wainwright-Pearce (Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour) and presented in Dolby Atmos and 5.1 surround sound, it is crafted specifically for the cinema screen.

The sold-out Back to the Beginning show at Birmingham's Villa Park stadium on July 5, 2025, featured Ozzy Osbourne (vocals), Tony Iommi (guitar), Geezer Butler (bass), and Bill Ward (drums). The night also included sets from some of the biggest names in rock and metal: Metallica, Guns N' Roses, Slayer, Tool, Pantera, Alice in Chains, Anthrax, Gojira, Halestorm, Lamb of God, Mastodon, and more — hosted by Jason Momoa with Tom Morello serving as Musical Director.

The film is produced by Mercury Studios and distributed globally by Trafalgar Releasing. It celebrates the enduring legacy of two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Ozzy Osbourne and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees Black Sabbath, featuring personal reflections from the musicians they inspired and a behind-the-scenes look at the day itself.
