About This Event
Experience "Oulla Anapoda," a hilarious farcical comedy at Larnaca Municipal Theatre in Cyprus this May 2026. This irreverent production follows a group of "convicts" attempting to stage a Cypriot period play, but their inexperience and the director's improvisations create surreal situations on stage.
This general rehearsal of a Cypriot play evolves into an explosive fiasco of comical situations against the backdrop of an escape. What connects a flying donkey, 1960s Cyprus, a lost elderly man, and love? Can they make it to the final bow, or will everything go topsy-turvy as the title suggests?
