Beach yoga for adults and families

This is an open-air wellness yoga session on the Larnaca seafront, organised by the Active Zone Outdoor youth sports association as part of the prestigious European Week of Sport.

The event is designed as an inclusive, family-friendly open-air health festival, which will take place on Saturday, 26 September 2026, from 08:00 to 09:00.

The session takes place early in the morning right on the sand at the popular Kastela Beach, next to the calisthenics workout area. This allows you to combine physical exercise with breathing exercises in the fresh sea air.
The programme of exercises and stretches has been specially adapted for people of absolutely any fitness level. The programme is fully accessible to older people, families with young children, as well as people with physical limitations and disabilities.
The organisers ask guests to wear comfortable sportswear and to make sure they bring their own yoga mat or a large towel, a hat, sunglasses and plenty of drinking water.

Attending the training session is completely free for anyone who wishes to take part.
