The Little Winegrowers’ Festival and Friday Paluze

The Little Grape Pickers and Friday Palouze Festival will take place on Sunday, 11 October 2026, from 11.00 to 16.00 in the central square named after Evangelos Moulotos in the village of Agios Konstantinos, Limassol. Admission to the event is free.

This interactive family festival celebrates the traditions of grape harvesting and the preparation of Cypriot delicacies.

Young visitors will be able to roll up their trousers and tread the grapes themselves in a vat to discover how they are turned into traditional treats.
Children will try their hand at being young farmers, take part in cooking grape must and making souzoukos, as well as making crafts from silkworm cocoons.
The programme includes a performance of the traditional Karagiozis shadow theatre, figure-making, face painting and inflatable attractions.
Guests will be offered palouze, pies and mustokouloura free of charge. Adults will be welcomed at the entrance with traditional drinks – Commandaria and Zivania.
