Mandra tou Kampiou

Mandra tou Kampiou is a forest picnic area managed by the Cyprus Department of Forests, on the road from Kapedes village to Machairas Monastery at 660 metres altitude. Surrounded by pine and cedar trees, it accommodates up to 1,600 visitors with covered barbecue areas, wooden benches, drinking water and sanitary facilities. Also the trailhead for the Kakokefalos nature path.
