Yoga with Cats

Imagine a space where you can completely let go of tension, stretch deeply, and be surrounded by calm, affectionate, and curious cats.

This Cat Yoga class is all about gentleness, slowing down, and self-care.
You’ll practice Yin Yoga—long, held poses that work the deep layers of the body, help release tension in the hips, back, and shoulders, and calm the nervous system.

As you sink into relaxation, your furry friends may quietly walk by, snuggle up next to you, or simply share their warm energy.
This creates a special atmosphere of comfort, joy, and inner balance.

What to expect:

• Deep, gentle stretches (suitable for all levels)
• A calm and cozy atmosphere
• Gentle guidance and mindful breathing
• Adorable feline “assistants” throughout the practice

Perfect for:

• Stress relief and relaxation
• Improving flexibility
• Anyone who wants a gentle and caring practice

Come as you are.
Slow down, release tension, and fill yourself with calm—body, mind, and heart.
Space is limited.
