Partner Acro Yoga: Free Beach Session at Kastela Beach

Active Zone Outdoor, as part of the Active Sport Solidarity Spirit 4 volunteering project, is organizing the "Partner Acro Yoga" sports activity, on Friday, April 10, 2026, 10:00-11:30, at Kastela Beach, Larnaca. The activity is open to adults of all ages and fitness levels!
The "Partner Acro Yoga" experience on the beach will begin with a warm-up and connection, combining individual Yoga for strength and Partner Yoga for coordination of breathing and movement with the partner. Participants will then explore the three basic roles — the Base, the Flyer who balances in the air, and the Spotter who guarantees safety — giving everyone the opportunity to try each position. The session will culminate with the Basic Flights, where trust and cooperation will be transformed into an impressive artistic movement.
The activity is under the responsibility of a Sports Science Graduate (Msc in Fitness and Bodily Aesthetics) as well as individuals with many years of experience in the Acro Yoga activity.
The activity will be conducted in Greek with the ability to communicate in English.
