About This Event
This art therapy workshop in Larnaca, Cyprus takes place on Saturday, 11 July 2026 at the Kyriazis Medical Museum, hosted by certified art therapist Nikolai Müller in cooperation with Psycho Studio. The session runs from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and focuses on the therapeutic self-portrait as a means of personal exploration and self-expression.
This workshop is not about creating a realistic likeness. Using colours, shapes, and symbols, participants will look beyond outward appearance to express inner experiences — emotions, needs, and aspirations. Art therapy provides a safe, non-judgemental space to discover new perspectives, unlock creativity, and develop a deeper understanding of oneself. No prior artistic experience or drawing skills are required.
Places are strictly limited to a maximum of 6 participants. Registration is required no later than one day before the workshop.
